When was the last time that you stopped and thought about the quality of your life? We often get lulled to sleep by the slow numbing effect of everyday life. The daily grind of doing the same thing over and over (make the donuts....), can slowly cement us into a "ho hum" life. And once you're in it, it's pretty tough to motivate yourself beyond it.
If there's one thing that I now believe in, it's having a goal in your life. Without it, there is nothing that drives your daily decisions, and nothing that moves you forward. Challenging yourself, day in and day out, to do more and be more, can move you to places that you never thought were possible. This only takes place when we intentionally raise the bar, and require more of ourselves.
When was the last time that you cranked up the throttle on your life?
