We all struggle with procrastination. It's so easy to get lulled into believing that tomorrow will always be there. Tomorrow becomes this magical place where all of our productivity and motivation is stored. When we procrastinate, we often fail to keep track of the amount of time that has passed. We can never regain that time back, ever again.
I recently had a dear friend of mine, whose husband had been diagnosed with a terminal illness, teach me the value of time. They had both learned the lesson that time is precious, and knew with absolute certainty that tomorrow is never guaranteed. They valued each and every minute they had together, and placed the events, relationships, and experiences in their lives on the front burner. They truly decided to live in the moment.
What would YOUR life look like if you saw time in that manner? What parts of your life would you make a priority? What would you change?
