Change often creates a challenge for us. It can occur out of no where, and it often has it's own timing. Our minds are fine tuned to be terrified of the unknown, and we inevitably anticipate negative outcomes. We spend many hours catastrophizing over the worse case scenarios, and creating the dread that we think we will experience. We struggle to hang on, and we struggle to let go. In doing so, we often sabotage our own efforts, by not moving through our own resistance.
